What a cute little penguin clippie for your princess! This penguin clippie comes on a partially lined alligator clip that can be lined with no-slip grip. He is made out of 3/8 inch grosgrain ribbon and cute googley eyes. All ribbon ends have been heat sealed to prevent fraying. My clippies are made with love in my pet free, smoke free home.
